Our products products include diamond Milk, Jungle Juice, Diamond Juice, Cheese Cheddar and many more.
One of its subsidiaries, PT. Sukanda Djaya is the national leader in selling, marketing and distributing refrigerated food products to the food service, retail, wholesale, QSR, catering and healthcare industries in Indonesia. It’s family of products includes imported refrigerated and dry items from Japan, Italy, USA, France, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. The products we carry belong to the biggest brands in the world ; Lee Kum Kee, AACO(wagyu beef), Elle & Vire, Fillipo Berio, McCain (French Fries) and many more.
We are seeking for a dynamic individuals who want to join our team as :
- Handle complaints & settlement
- Prepare and give ideas fo improving CRO & Doorgreeter
- Monitor the service quality and public service / customer at Sukanda Djaya to make customer comfort
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Do telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
- Handle and resolve customer complaint
- Diploma degree any discipline from reputable university
- Computer skills ; Excel, Word, Power Point
- Min 1 year experience in related field, preferably in sales and marketing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Well organized, good team player, detail oriented, Excellent communication and listening skills
- Full Time positions available
- Required language(s): English & Chinese (preferred)
